I met Elias and he was very nice. I explained that I wanted 2 entryway bifold doors switched from bifold doors to regular 36 inch doors. We discussed the project and found that there would be issues with the 36 inch door hitting the glass on my front door. He politely explained that would not be safe and I could potentially break my front door glass. He gave me the option to have my existing door tracks replaced with all new tracks and hardware, which made a lot more sense than what I was looking to accomplish with the door replacements. We set a time for him to come out and do the job. He was on time, even though we had a snowstorm. The covered all of my wood floors in their work area with plastic and tarps. Their work area was sectioned off for safety, which I thought was great. The proceeded to complete the job quickly and with attention to detail! The job turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Elias and True 45 Construction to do additional work for me and your next job!!!

Contacted Elias from "45 Construction" to get some fascia put back up that had blown off my soffit. Elias came out on Saturday to check the damage and said he would e-mail me a quote. I received a very reasonable quote on Sunday and the repairs were completed on Tuesday. I would highly recommend Elias and "45 Construction" for any repairs in the future. It was a pure pleasure doing business with Elias and 45 Construction.

Went above and beyond!

Elias was great! I had 6 doors repaired with new closers on them. They work great! Elias even followed up with me if I needed them adjusted. He went above and beyond and I will use them again! I highly recommend them!

Elias did a great job on my new back porch and door installation. He was very professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he showed up when he said he would, kept me updated on progress and finished on time. He found a number of smaller issues along the way, which he explained to me and corrected without increasing the cost. His work is high quality, no cutting corners to save a dime, no compromising safety. I plan to have True 45 do some additional work on my home in the future.

Excellent job done replacing and repairing a rotting wooden porch support post and damaged wooden garage door. Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. It was such a pleasure working with Elias! He showed up on time and told me the process every step of the way. He repaired and stained my deck and it looks beautiful! He went above and beyond, made repairs that he felt were needed and didn’t even charge me! He re-enforced my posts and replaced some rotted wood that was not part of the contract. The deck project was completed according to my requested specifications. Elias explained in detail what to expect step by step from the initiation of the project to its final completion phase. He was very clear in answering all my questions, making me feel comfortable about my understanding of the project. He was very professional in his explanations which show his expertise and knowledge. He was always courteous and prompt in his communications with me which was done primarily by email and other times by messages. He was the primary contact for the whole project from start to finish. The entire details of the contract was professionally spelled out in writing. To summarize, I would certainly recommend True 45 Construction, Inc., for a Deck Porch project.
