Stay far away from this company?this was one of the worst service experiences I?ve ever had. They sent an obviously inexperienced worker to clean my back patio, and the result was careless, sloppy work that caused real damage. Water was sprayed directly along the top of my door trim and sliding window ? something that should NEVER be done. Unsurprisingly, water seeped inside and ruined my $2,000 rolling shades. I got a quote for nearly $700 to replace the damaged shades and asked Aaron, the owner, to at least take partial responsibility and cover half. Any honest business would have stepped up. Instead, he refused and tried to deflect blame by calling it a ?structural issue,? which is a weak excuse. This was clearly caused by poor workmanship and lack of basic knowledge.

Yes received a first time client $249 quote. I'm happy to see how it comes out to be a repeat customer. I'm on their schedule for next week.

It was easy to discuss the scope of the project to clean my gutters. They upsold me to use ionized water to clean my windows, screens, and around the inside of the window frame. However, instead of using a flat head screw drive to lift the screens out of the tracks, they broke a hole in the screen to lift one side. None of the screens were reinstalled into their tracks and I had to do it from the inside throughout the house. I was home at the time and could have helped remove the screens from the inside, if needed. The screens did not need to be damaged.
