Great they did a great job

Needed the remnants of a 75ft, 100 year old Oak tree, stump and roots grinned down below surface of the ground. Mr. Bailey came by 10 days before, had a look at what needed to be done and on scheduled date and time was there. Appreciated his follow-up communication after the preview and pleased with his estimated cost. He did marvelous work, had appropriate equipment to do the job. Mr. Bailey was the consumate professional while at the same time, very personable and easy to talk with. Great experience awesome, will definitely share his information and my experience with others! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAILEY'S LAWN AND TREE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Complaint Details We contacted Bailey's Tree and Lawn service about removing a large tree from our yard and trimming another tree to remove a large limb hanging over our home. We agreed to the price negotiated and they set the date to come out (03/10). They arrived in the afternoon at about 4pm on Friday and worked until dark and left without notifying us when they would be back. After I contacted them on Saturday 3/11 after they did not arrive in the morning, they stated they would be back that afternoon, they arrived but again did not finish before dark. They said they would be back Sunday morning by 8am. They did not arrive until after 9:30 am. Once they completed the job, they told me that they would be back to pick up a ladder they did not have room for the next day. After looking around later after they had left, I noticed that they had left large sections of the tree they were supposed to carry with them. We also cleaned up the area where they had ground the stump down and noticed that they had missed some large areas of the stump and there was trash and broken limbs scattered all over the yard, we raked up for large bags of brush. They had also broken limbs on other trees and did not trim them off, and the limb over the house was not sawn completely through and removed. I have contacted them twice about the remaining stump grinding needed to complete the job and to come get their ladder that is still laying in my yard which they said they would take care of on both 3/26 and 4/2 yet the stump remains and the ladder is still in my yard. They finally came and picked up the ladder and remaining tree sections, but have not finished grinding the stump.

Some contractors take your money, makes promises and never follow through on thoes promises, Baily's Lawn Service did the job exactly as promised. Cleaned up all the tree limbs and killed (grinded both stumps). Friendly dependable service. Give them a call, you Will be glad you did. I am!

Mr Bailey and his crew showed up exactly at the time promised and did a wonderful job removing LARGE limbs that threatened our home due to the overhang. They cleaned up and hauled off all the limbs and debris-- probably 6000 lbs. I was very pleased with their performance and price!
