Awesome group of guys that did the install. Very professional and willing to take the time to answer all questions. Installing a sprinkler system is not the cleanest job to do, but this crew did the very best keeping the job neat and organized as much as possible. Even taking the time after each day to clean off sidewalks and driveway before they left the job.

I had this firm replace a 14-foot run of blown-downfence. I could not be more satisfied with the work and service. Communication was excellent, I was contacted promptly and kept fully informed the whole way. The workmanship on the fencing is first-class, and their man came back a second day because the concrete for the posts hadn't set well enough in the very wet ground to continue; and it was starting to rain hard. That second day was New Years Day, and their man didn't hesitate to volunteer to come back-- impressive. Finally, the price was very good as well. Have already recommended them to a colleague.

Chad provided my service. He was on time, professional, and quick moving. The only negative was that he sliced through a cable line while working on the sprinkler heads. That's a real pain since we currently don't have cable service and adds another problem to trying to sell our house.

Had used Hicks Gutters & Sprinklers earlier this year to extend a sprinkler system. I experienced difficulty with two of the original sprinkler heads (no longer oscillating or functioning properly) & immediately chose Hicks to fix the new problems. Given two options to solve the issues, I chose to replace the sprinkler heads. After completing the replacements, the technician ran through all four of the stations and found one additional problem on the side of the house (the side I rarely visit). He recommended & completed the repair. Thankful that he checked the entire system, avoiding another service call. Highly recommend the company!
