Absolutely wonderful company. Mike is the best, he is so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I am new to Mississippi from Indiana and he has answered all my questions I have had concerning pests in the area. We bought a recently remodeled home and at first move in, there was lots of bug activity probably from it sitting and they are all gone. He comes and does his quarterly treatments and is very thorough. I saw one cockroach in between and he said I should have called and he would have came back out and I promised to never hesitate again. A mouse got in and he was out immediately to setup everything to catch it. He even brought treats for my dogs! Very highly recommended!

Hired Tactical Advantage for termite prevention because Michael is honest and professional and also responds quickly. After home inspection, inside and out, there was a no pressure sale for their service. Michael gave a thorough explanation of termites and the product they use and also said to take time to think about it. I highly recommend Tactical Advantage Pest Solutions for all pest's control.
