They were able to come out the same day. I talked to their firm and not a call service which was refreshing. I thought their price was reasonable. He was able to fix it that day and very polite and professional. as a comparison when I called the plumber, I used to use. I got a call center who were answering for multiple firms and they scheduled an appointment for me two days out that was the earliest they said they could get to me. But then I got a call back from the actual FIRM

We worked with a home warranty company for almost a full week and the contractor they gave us contacted us by phone only once. We put a request in on the Angi web site. Scott from Spot-on came to our house within 1 hour of submitting the request at 7:30 pm. We had a high quality water heater installed in less than 24 hours.

Scott and Matt responded to my request immediately and came out to check our water heater. Scott offered all options and recommended the cheapest solution: flush our water heater. Then he showed me how to do it myself. He saved me money, and he taught me in the process. Wonderful men to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends, and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks!

These guys were, 'Spot On'. Very helpful, compassionate and didn't rake me over the coals. So, I like them. This team is way better than the other team with face tattoos that showed up to replace my water heater with a 'State' commercial brand and build out the heat expansion system with soft zinc like metal. Scott's team built everything out of the good stuff. So no shortcuts taken.
