Easy to work with and responsive to email and phone calls. Shutters look nice on my home and I liked how I got to see actual samples before deciding which to buy.

I have been doing business with Slidell shutters for more than 5 years. Anytime i called, they answered and were more than helpful. I have installed shutters on 2 businesses with this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This business is exceptional in terms of customer service, communication, and execution. I hired them to install electric rolldown and board and batten shutters for my whole house. This represented a significant financial investment. If you are like me, you want to know a job of this size will be done with care and attention to detail. Too many trades people sacrifice quality for expediency. That couldn’t be further from the truth with this company. They took their time, measured, and leveled everything. They didn’t cut any corners. And throughout the entire process they were happy to answer any questions I had without any sense of annoyance or frustration. I can’t recommend them enough. The only downside is that they don’t do general contracting so I can’t hire them back on after this job.

The owner, Derrick Armand worked with me to make my security needs affordable. He was available when I was distraught at not finding my bolts as we prepared to lock the shutters. I called him, and he was so hospitable in providing me with more of just what I needed in his calm, kind manor. He is one of the kindest business owners I have met.
