Mary Helen and her entire team did an excellent job installing my sprinkler system featuring Irrigreen smart sprinklers. From the quote to the installation, everything exceeded my expectation. They even improved my fiber internet installation by carefully digging up the fiber to dig the sprinkler trenches, and then performing a better burying of the fiber at a deeper depth. The gentleman name Ram arrived on time and was very mannerable. Inspected my sprinkler system and explained what needed to be repaired. Offered me a veteran discount because of my military service. He showed me all the repairs and even programmed my system and explained how it works. Amazing service and I will recommend this company to everyone.

We had a leaking back flow on the sprinkler pipe system. Ramiro came out to look at the problem. He was on time for the appointment and very professional. He identified the issue and explained the options for repair. Once he repaired the back flow, he did a complete inspection of sprinkler heads to make sure they functioning correctly. Lastly, he reset our automatic timer to a more moderate watering schedule. Ramiro did an outstanding job and we appreciate Heroes Lawn Care.

My sprinkler system stopped working and Heros had great ratings, so I called and was able to get an appt for that day. The diagnostic cost was only $69 and that fee would go towards the cost of repairs. Ram showed up on time and was so pleasant, polite and professional. He worked diligently and persistenly to diagnose the problem. I was so pleased with his knowledge and could tell quickly that Heros was trustworthy, so I didn't even bother to get more bids. The team that completed the repairs was Ram, Jimmy and Kevin. They did not rush through their work and ensured the system was working properly before leaving. With every communication I got the same person, Karla, and she too pleasant, polite and professional. She sent the quote within 24 hours, called with a reminder the day before the work started and followed up with emails. This is a WINNING company that provides excellent customer service, has knowledgeable and professional employees and very reasonable prices!

Ramiro showed up on time and completed a thorough assessment of my irrigation system. He made adjustments to several of the sprinkler heads to maximize coverage and now the entire lawn is being watered.
