We hired Herman Exterior Homes to replace the roof on our house and shed, and had an excellent experience. From the salesperson to the roofing team to the owner, everyone was very professional and exceeded our expectations. They tented our entire house to protect our landscaping, worked very efficiently as a team, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, like adding ridge caps where they weren’t before and removing our old gutters in order to install the drip edge properly — all without charging us more. We’ve already recommended them to two other homeowners and plan to hire them again to do our gutters. Five stars, highly recommend.

The Roof work was great, but it took a bit to get there. Had a little trouble with the financing and they switched the work date we agreed upon. But in the end the roof is great!

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my extra questions within a timely manner. He made time to come out when my husband would be home which was later at night. He was personable and friendly. The price was within other quotes that we received. Santiago came out and met with me and talked with me about what was going to be done and when, They were there on time on a Saturday and had the job completed in one day. We had three roofs to be replaced. Everything came out looking great! We have some other projects that we would like to get done and we will be calling them to get quotes on those when we are ready to tackle them. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Did an amazing job all the way around. They completed a total replacement of our roof in one afternoon and left our yard fresh and clean despite all the old debris. They were on time, respectful and got the job done right. I intend to contact them again if we need any more work done and suggest you do the same.

Other than having a brand new roof that looks fantastic. You would never know that they were even there. The cleanup was amazing, good job, guys.

Did everything thy said they would in a very timely manner

They had an incredibly organized, efficient, hardworking team. In 8 hours they removed the old shingles, put down new decking as required, installed new shingles and did complete impeccable cleanup. Highly recommend to all. Of the 5 estimates I got they were also the lowest. Thank you. Great job.
