It went great! They were very professional, did their work quickly and safely. Cleaned up after themselves, which was nice since I have two dogs who like to pick up everything they can get a hold of..lol I will definitely have them back out if anything else should arrive with the house.....

I would not recommend Rain Carriers to anyone. The initial assessment involved a recommendation without even going on the roof. They recommended an additional downspout to control excess water. I asked to have it conditionally checked for clogging but even still strongly recommended the downspout. The crew arrived without a time window (just the day) of arrival (just showed up) and didn’t have a clear understanding of the job. The crew smoked on our yard, damaged our plants, sat on our furniture, and left screws and metal throughout the yard after the job. It rained a few times since their work and the installed downspouts drain no water. When questioned on the cosmetic appeal of one of the gutters turning before hitting the deck, the owner stated that “it looks good” and offered nothing in return. There is concrete under the deck and the other gutter had no issue with this. It was just lazy work. I contacted the owner again after the past few storms with literally no rain coming from either downspout they recommended, the owner had no intention of refunding or correcting their advice and work. The new downspout did not even have the crimping done correctly (it will just leak as it was crimped from the downstream side rather than upstream). I believe I had a very poor recommendation (mainly just to sell something that was not needed). Please do not hire this company.

I've been in this business for over 30 years. We do our best to make everyone happy and for the most of it we do. Once in a blue moon you get the one customer that there's nothing in the world you can do to please them. Out of 30 years I've had 3. So we go the extra mile to please people and try to answer every question no matter how crazy it is.

It is great and they did what was promised. The guys are very down to earth and the owner is even involved in projects. It is sometimes hard to reach/contact to schedule due to cell service, but they will get the project done. Looking to have some gutter work done with them also as soon as my funds are available.
