Cold call that I am normally pretty short with and not willing to listen to much of what they had to say. Mauricio Luna happened to knock on my door in the Liberty Heights neighborhood in Murfreesboro Tn. I noticed his professionalism and easy going approach welcoming. We talked for a few minutes and I realized what he had to say might be important. Our family being on a very tight budget I didn’t have money to buy a new roof. Let’s just say Provision Roofing was given the ok to do an inspection of my roof with no cost or obligation. Just A yes you can look around with my consent. I had no idea that we had had a very bad hail in our area just a few months before or even that my home had been damaged. Provision…. Took care of everything! Quite honestly this is the best roofing company I have used and recommended, Justin was my sales pro and and worked with my insurance company with professionalism and complete transperency. The Project Mgr Jessie was out ALL day with the most fantastic crew I have ever seen. They were happy and enjoyed their job, not to mention the expertise the way they put on the roof, but also the inpresive they way the left my property. The clean up was fantastic. The owner Lucas also stopped by to check on the progress. From tear of to clean up 11 hours. BEST COMPANY EVER

Several other companies did not make good first impressions at the door, so when we met Lucas, the positives were quickly noticed. His polite, friendly and low key approach removed the dread of another door to door solicitor. His friendly demeanor and knowledge in this field resulted in a relaxed discussion of the possible discoveries and what the path forward might be. Then an offer to inspect our roof. All of it easy going and efficiently handled. Throughout we were informed of the particulars with information of each progressive step along with quick responses and professional and polite service. All questions regarding insurance, product and process details were addressed immediately. The install went great and there were no surprises or difficult points. Lucas was extremely patient and passionate in his dealings and has very high standards for his company. His crew damaged a window screen and the next morning without his direction they had replaced it which was extremely impressive. The whole process was simple and that is rare these days
