If I had to describe ProTech Heating & Air Conditioning in a few words they would be: Professional, Punctual, Quality Service, Responsiveness and High Vale. Ricardo was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. He repaired my A/C system at a reasonable price and communicating was an absolute pleasure! Very knowledgeable and professional. When speaking to RIcardo I could tell he knows his field. He is effect, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He doesn’t tell you this is your only option. He gives you options to solve your issues and lets you know this is a short term solutions or this is the long term solution. He honest with what you can do with your budget if your on a budget. We have used Protech heating & Air Conditioning for some major work in the past, and they have always added value and responded very professionally.

Prompt and professional, two qualities I value. Ricardo was very efficient in evaluating the issues with my Central A/C, providing an estimate and resolving my issue. I also appreciate how he gave me options/ solutions that I could choose from to resolve my issue. I highly recommend him.
