This is my second post for Pristine Plumbing, this one for replacing the polybutylene pipes under the house with PEX piping to eliminate any possible future undetected leaks. This was an expensive job that others told me would take 3 days. But the 3 men from Pristine Plumbing arrived at 9:00 and finished the whole job by 5:30 the same day at a very competitive price. I was super pleased and surprised that this went so well! Braulio and Alex were the plumbers, assisted by Carl as an apprentice. It was clear that these guys were used to working together and knew what they were doing. I recommend them highly, without reservation, for any complicated and demanding plumbing job!! They came out same day to resolve a water pressure issue that was a result of a blown sprinkler valve. The sprinkler valve was replaced by another reputable company but some mud got in our system reducing system pressure significantly. Their technician came out and worked tirelessly to help flush out the mud and small stones taking apart supply lines to individual faucets to help bring our pressure back up. We are satisfied with the outcome.

I was stressed, not knowing who call, when it was discovered that I had a utility line that was leaking. Pristine plumbers Kyle and Travis worked with efficiency and speed. By the end of the day, I had running water. They were willing to work with my home insurance to process the paperwork for payment. Give them a call!

Did a very average job. Came in a stopped leak, shut water off, thank you then removed my soft water heater and everything in the heater closet and never quoted a price first. Pretty scary

Their hourly rate is ridiculous, and I think I was charged for warranted parts.
