Very happy with Juan and his crew. We needed garage soffit repair. Juan responded to my request for an estimate quickly, came and looked at the job and gave me an estimate in writing. Once I accepted, he contacted me about timing for the job. It was completed today and we are very happy with it.

Northland Roofing provided a prompt and professional gutter and drain installation. Following a same-day site visit, the estimate was received via email that evening. The crew, led by Juan, completed the work within a week, exhibiting professionalism throughout. While a minor adjustment was needed to the drain height, Juan readily addressed the concern upon my notification, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Their responsiveness and dedication to quality workmanship warrant my highest recommendation.

I loved working with Juan and his team! Juan was so easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions we had. They built us a beautiful Trex deck, and I was truly impressed by how hard they worked—even through 90-degree days! Throughout the project, they consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with how things were going. I highly recommend them and already plan to use them again for some crown molding we want done in our house. In fact, we referred them to a friend, and they’re now working on their deck too—they’re just as pleased as we are. Thank you so much to Juan, Luis, and the rest of the crew. You guys are amazing!

Antonio Showed Up and explained all my roofing options, Displayed Samples of his roofing materials. I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process including the Plywood cost per sheet installed. 10 Year Warranty on his Labor against any Leaks was also an Added Benefit. The shingles chosen were rated best buy in Consumer Reports for added Peace of Mind. Excellent Team of Roofers. Thank You Antonio and Your Team for getting the job Done in one day and on budget.
