THE STRING RIPPED on our PELLA WINDOW which has an ENCLOSED SHADE, therefore the shade was totally inoperable. Everything else was working 100% on our bathroom casement window... just the blind string was broken, but Pella no longer services repairs on the shades of their 20+ year old windows! They suggested finding a blind repair company, or buying an entirely new $4000 window! After extensive searching for a company to repair the shade, and multiple rejects, Jacob Shemech of NORTH JERSEY BLINDS came to our rescue! We cannot say enough praises for Jacob Shemech! He is a very very nice person to work with. Right away Jacob said the blind was completely repairable and, after inspecting the window, replacing the window would not be necessary at all! Jacob was able to completely repair the blind, and replaced ALL the strings. All for a very reasonable price. He is an expert engineer, and a delightful man. We cannot express enough thanks to Jacob!

Jacob is a class act ! Very professional , reliable, competent, available and personable . He is Knowledgeable about his work and really cares about customer satisfaction and is dedicated to doing an excellent job ! He spent extra time making sure the repair work he performed was simply perfect and patiently explained every step of the way to me . I found him online after several calls to repair companies , and his response was prompt and courteous . I recommend him without hesitation !

I had a skylight covering installed in my unit. I used North Jersey Blinds and they didnâ t disappoint. Best decision made. The installer was great. He was on time on the day of install, very friendly and left everything cleaned up when he was done with the job. I would highly recommend North Jersey Blinds to anyone for any window covering need. Great job and competitive pricing!
