I hired Philip and Magnum Opus Mosaics to repair or replace my tile shower floor due to a leak. Philip came in and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue. His professional assessment was thorough, and he explained to me in detail what he would have to do to replace the floor. He removed the existing floor all the way down to the subfloor and then waterproofed the entire area. Philip was very informative about the materials he was using and explained the process every step of the way. He assisted my wife and me in matching our existing tile and was highly knowledgeable of products across the board. He even knew the grout color just by looking at ours! After watching him work, we knew we were in good hands. He used levels while setting the floor for proper water drainage and is a true artist of his trade.
