Lovelace Construction did a wonderful job. They took out large cement steps that were dangerous to me to walk down and put in a nice deck and some very good steps that had railings on both sides so I could feel safe. They were very professional! They called back when they said they would. They stayed in contact with me throughout the project. They were there when they said they would be and they did what we asked them to do.

Michah is VERY good! He demolished the old deck and replaced it with a new one. Cleanup was immediate and thorough. You can't ask for a more experienced contractor I would recommend him to anyone wanting work done

We asked Micah to replace a three-panel door off of our sun room. We had a great experience dealing with Micah from start to finish. He responded timely to our initial request to look at the project. He identified a reasonably priced unit which required a special order. He picked up the unit and he and his team installed the unit shortly after it was received. We appreciated his attention to detail during the installation and his timely follow up for painting the trim work after the finish caulking was cured. His quote for the work was within our budget and he stuck to that quote. He communicated with us throughout the process. We would certainly use Micah and his team for future projects and would recommend him.
