Jeff Riner is exceptional and professional in his work . He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. Initially we spent time going over the issues and familiarizing him with the house. Mr. Riner thoroughly inspected the entire house ... inside and outside, taking photographs relating to the key issue. Based on this inspection, he prepared a report utilizing photographs, clearly outlining his findings and supporting his conclusions. We received the report the next day, timely meeting our needs. Based on our experience with him, Mr. Riner is very professional and quite knowledgeable in his profession. We certainly will use him again if the need should arise.
