I had an extremely frustrating experience with LED excavating. They never answer the phone, respond to texts, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for more professional and responsive service. 1 star all the way.

This family owned and operated company went way beyond what customer service and expertise I had expected to replace my old failed septic tank. They explained all steps they needed to bring my old system up to code. They stayed in contact with me almost daily and took pictures when I was unavailable to be home and see their progress! They even leveled my sloping backyard to make it more aesthetically pleasing and replanted all the grassy areas. After comparing many companies costs, and type of system I'd need for this service, i am very pleased with the quote LED presented to me, the work time to complete the job, and the final results! Thank you LED team! It's nice to see that a true honest work ethic is still in vogue! Thanks Derek and Dad! You all did a great job! I'd highly recommend!

Derek and his team were awesome. They showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them .

My sewer pipe needed to be dug up and replaced, they did a great job!! The price was very reasonable. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them..

No stars! This is the most unreliable company I have ever worked with. Derek the owner never answers his phone and his voicemail is full. I had to call from several different phone numbers to get him to answer. When IPL crushed my finger/septic system we had to get it fixed and LED Excavators was the company we went with. Everything was going fine and we had plans all drawn up and then itâ s like he threw them away and did what he wanted. He said the health department didnâ t approve the big cement tubes for the system to be in the back of my yard like we discussed so instead of discussing anything with me he dug divots for the tubes to set on above ground in the middle of my backyard the entire length of the yard. I canâ t even get a fence or anything put up because of where they are. I get that the health department said no but he didnâ t even allow me time to get other opinions or explain to the HC why the soil was different and he did all this while I was at work and couldnâ t approve anything. I canâ t even drive my riding lawn mower over these above ground tubes without bottoming out and Derek informed me if a limb falls on it and smashes the tubes because they are above ground itâ s my responsibility to fix when if he would have dug holes to bury them this wouldnâ t be a problem. When I expressed my disappointment he told me if I didnâ t pay he would take me to small claims court! I wasnâ t even considering not paying. Also there is a box I have to keep an eye on in the middle of the yard and he said if the alarm goes off to call him immediately because itâ s an emergency, I called him several times over two days and guess what he did not answer. He also used dummy grass seeds to reseed my lawn where he dug everything up and he told me the seeds didnâ t work for other yards either so he would reseed everything but guess what he never did that. He also said he would remove the old septic system which he did not do. Once he gets his money you can expect radio silence and if you donâ t pay him in his time frame you can expect him to throw around words like small claims court and suing you. I would suggest you go with literally anyone else, a regular Joe Shmoe could do what he does and they probably wonâ t ruin your whole yard in the process.

The gut was very knowledgeable and told me some ways to help with my issue. He was very polite and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this company.
