Jim and Matt are a great team. Matt was at our house the next day and went through the whole process of replacing our roof. No question was left unanswered We were thrilled with the pricing. Jim couldn't be anymore helpful on the day of installation, he answered every question and made sure the job was completed on time and up to their standards. The job was completed sooner than expected, the work crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris and waste. Either Jim or Matt were on site throughout the process to monitor the crew and answer any questions. Responded to inquiries promptly, even on the weekend. Very happy to support this Veteran owned business and would highly recommend their services.

Matt and Jim are amazing contractors and run a great company. On the administrative end they were very prompt with their communications, helped walk us through design options for both our shingles and new gutters, were easy to work with and quickly worked us into their schedule. During the roofing replacement, their whole team was professional, efficiently removed our old roof and properly installed a new one (~38 square) in two days, and then did a really thorough clean up to help ensure our little ones didn’t accidentally step on a stray nail. The new roof and gutters look great and would highly recommend working with JMS to anyone.

Jim and Matt are a very professional team. They take the time to understand your wants and needs and work with you to make it happen. Their are upfront with what to expect and when. Great follow up! Competent on time would recommend

We had about a half dozen quotes, including an Amish guy from Lancaster. Most of the other salesmen that came out made such a big deal over the "options", but in reality, a certified installation is pretty straight forward. We even had one salesman try the line "for you, just for today, we'll give you this special price". Another reduced their quote by 37% after we told them their price was high, but the new price was still 50% higher than Jim and Matt quoted. Another wouldn't even talk to us unless we committed to having more than 1-1/2 hours to go over their sales pitch... its just a roof! Jim was here with the crew the entire time, making sure everything went well. Bottom line: great guys, great crew, fair price.

I interviewed three other companies to do this job. They were the most professional and most responsive. Everything was explained in detail and my questions were handled completely and professionally. I felt very confident in hiring them and was not disappointed during the entire planning and work process. I only rated them a 4.5 in value for the money because I am not sure about that. Their price seemed in line with the others interviewed.
