This service is second to none. It's rare today to find any business that can deliver complete satisfaction. Starting with my original phone call until the time they finished the job and walked out the door, everything was outstanding. Despite what is listed this was a deep clean not maid service. I highly recommend this team of professionals. Pay attention prospective business owners. This is how to run a business.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I started service with this company in early February with a bi-weekly schedule, and almost immediately things went off track. I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule with no communication, missed a cleaning entirely, and had to chase them down just to get back on the calendar. I was later told they are understaffed in the Orlando area, which explains a lot?but that shouldn?t come at the expense of your customers. The only time they could offer me was a Friday at 4 PM, which is far from ideal. After going an entire month without a cleaning, someone finally came out?but the quality of the service was disappointing. My master shower was clearly not properly cleaned (only the glass doors were done), and several windows were left visibly dirty. I called immediately and was told to text photos, which I did. No one has called me back.

Great Job Pro has been my home cleaning service for a few years now and I highly recommend them. They are efficient, thorough, and great workers. The three cleaners work as a team. They start in the lanai then one takes the master suite and bathroom then starts dusting in the living room, the second person does the extra bedrooms and guest bath, and the third person makes my kitchen spotless. Then they split up cleaning the floors and work their way to the doorway. An hour later my house is ready for company! They have never missed an appointment. Most important to me is their trustworthiness and honestly. I sometimes leave for an appointment before or after they arrive and I know my home is in good hands and safe. I canâ t say enough great things about their company- theyâ re easy to work with if I need to change a day or time they make it work and are always polite. You canâ t go wrong - give them a call soon.
