Rich Flooring was here when I needed them. A piece of flooring was caving in and dangerous to anyone who walked on it. They came in and replaced it and took my fears away that someone in my family could of been seriously hurt if one of their legs went through it. They did a great job and I am grateful they were here to do the work. This is a wonderful company to work with. I want to thank Rich and Tavin for all the hard work they had to put in.

They were awesome! They did the job right away, were highly professional and knowledgeable about floor repair. The pricing was under what many competitors were quoting. The owner made sure to come out and do the final walkthrough of the house with me and inspected every inch of the floor. They made sure they cleaned up all the dust and everything too. If there was a way to leave a 6th star I would. Amazing service and excellent pricing and just great people. I will use them again if I need another floor redone.

We just had our floors installed last week. It went very smoothly & the new floors are beautiful. The new color is much more natural (a red oak) and it looks like we painted the walls a lighter color. The guys did a great job. The price was 1/3 less than another quote I received. Our family had an excellent experience with Footprints Flooring. We had our whole house done, and the job was completed in only five days. Rich answered all my questions and communicated well throughout the whole process. The workers were on time and worked hard each day.
