Dan and Shane were the technicians who encapsulated our crawlspace. They were on time, pleasant, left the area the way they found it and answered all of our questions. They completed the work exactly when they told us they would. We recommend crawlspace Ninja without reservation. Dan and Shane are professional and pleasant.

We had our crawl space completely done, Shane, Juan and Josje was very professional they did the job quickly and are very friendly to work with, got the job done with the quality we expected, good job gentleman, highly recommend this company.

BEWARE of First Class (now Horizon Services)!!!! Great work by my technician Dave, but absolutely outrageous prices!!! After my repairman left I looked up the cost of the parts that were replaced... less than $100. The tech was done in less then an hour... my bill from Horizon Services was $1400!!!!! insane! I will be sure to share my experience with Horizon Services with everyone I can... Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, etc....

Do not use this company. We had our furnace replaced and our only issue was that the new furnace would not be loud. We were assured it would not be. After installation and many complaints that it was loud it, we were told that it was working properly and that there was nothing that could be done. Later, after hiring a couple of other HVAC companies to try and solve the problem, we found that First Class HVAC never pulled a permit for the install and never performed a load test to determine the correct equipment to install. Instead, they installed a unit that is TWICE the size of the necessary unit! We have asked repeatedly for them to replace the unit or even move it and they will not. It is horrible that they do not stand by their work and correct mistakes. Check the Better Business Bureau. They have 5 complaints already and mine will be the 6th.

I was worried about damage to the property and FC HVAC were very responsive and helpful. Mike, our technician, went out of his way to be helpful and was able to fix the problem literally in 5 minutes! I've worked with Mike over the years at several properties and have found him and FC HVAC to be knowledgeable, skilled, helpful and responsive! :-) they stand by their work and their business.

Good, except they didn’t mention the $675 rebate from the state of Delaware. When I brought it up they did verify it. I got the feeling that they didn’t want to fill out the paperwork unless the customer asked. That said, I still haven’t heard anything about the rebate from them or the State. Also there was no follow up after the technicians installed the unit to find out if everything was OK or if I was satisfied. I don’t think I would use them in the future.
