I would recommend Ergeon to anyone. Every aspect of my 100 foot fence project was perfect. Ergeon gets 5 stars!

At first I ran into a huge problem with the first project manager, they assigned me to, I cancelled the project, and later recieved a call and an offer. Upon that, I decided to extend the length of my fence, and I'm very satisfied with the rate. I think the fence looks amazing, red wood, dog eared... I'm very satisfied with the installers they sent, they were very efficient and helpful. They were able to speak with my neighbors for me about the replacement of our fence as well as the clearence. The price was very reasonable and considering the before and after product, they did an amazing job. Though you typically give your neighbour the good side of your fence, I'm very happy with the outcome of our new fence. I will use them again in the future. I am very happy with the work and the craftsmanship that the installers and builders produced. I will be looking for another project in the future and hope to have the same crew.

I hired Ergeon for an HOA fence project because of the pre-sale experience and price point. The fencing estimate was done remotely and then confirmed by the builder/installer. There was no price increase. I had some concerns with the fence due to the installer having some personal issues. I contacted the Project Manager, Janine Dubon, who NEVER failed to feel my pain, and rectify the situation. In the end, the fence required some minor repairs which were done by a team of experts. I will use Ergeon in the future primarily because of the extraordinary customer service!

They were very prompt. They quickly set up a zoom call to discuss the project. We came up with a design and they handled everything from there. The whole process took about a month but only because I was not always available for onsite meetings.

Antonio and his crew did an excellent job on paving my patio. They did exactly what we wanted.

Work was done quickly and competently. Clean up was through and professional. However, for the amount paid the gate hardware was cheap and poorly made. I doubt the hinges, latches will last. No gate handles supplied and gate fence post not attached to house.

Left a huge amount of sand for me to move after the fence was installed. I expected my yard to be in the same state it was before the fence install. It took me about 3 hours to move all the soil back to where it needed to be.

Still pre-construction but sales and support very professional.

I was put off 3 times with date changes, this is frustrating when you notify tenants of work and it keeps changing, they used a standard Home Depot kit, my gates are double wide and no support on the ends , I do not think they will last long due to the weight. Should of used stronger support. The dug up my old posts and just left the holes they should have just matched what was there already used these holes again. Not happy.

Crew of 3 arrived to take down and install 80 feet of fence. Went right to work and finished it in 4 hrs. They knew what they were doing!l looks great!
