Hoosier Drain Guys

Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10

Hoosier Drain Guys are the best plumbers I have ever had at my house!!! Most plumbers come and do just enough to get you unclogged and then leave. They don’t thoroughly clean everything out so your issue comes back after a short period of time. But with Hoosier Drain Guys they go the extra mile to ensure your issue truly gets resolved. They are the first plumbing company who ever water jetted out my sewer lines to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned including all roots. I’ll be using them exclusively as my plumber going forward! Today Hoosier Drain Guys ran a special machine to get all the rust and debris stuck to my pipe cleaned out. Now it’s truly cleaned out and I am excited! Thanks to Caleb and Jake this week for taking such great care of me!

My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!

Woke up to our septic not draining on a Sunday morning and called around 6 am, not even 9 am he has it diagnosed and fixing sump pump now! Amazing service and great to work with on cost and payment! So very much appreciated!! Thank you!!!

I called around 6am on a Sunday because I woke up to my bathroom flooded due to an issue with the septic tank, I am so grateful that I picked them to call! We were given a few different options over the phone and with the uncertainty on our end of what the problem was the gentleman came out and got right to work in the rain! Didn't take long for him to find the problem and got to fixing it! The cost was super reasonable and thankful we could work out a payment! I will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone we can!

My water backed up in my basement and I called these guys and they came right out and was able to get my drains cleared. Very nice guys and helpful information on my drainage problem. Highly recommended them
