We had about 3 feet of flood water in our house from Hurricane Helene. Our house and belongings were in a complete state of devastation. We contacted CAT5 for inspection and met Nic onsite the same day. We felt confident in CAT 5s ability to help us with the flood damage in our home. CAT5 had a crew out the next day and they documented the flood levels and moisture through out our home, taking photos of all the damages and contents. They helped us sort through our contents regarding what was salvageable and what needed to be thrown away. The crew removed our kitchen countertops, cabinets, bathroom vanities, all carpet and did a 4 foot flood cut throughout our home. They were able to clean everything up like new and got all of the silt/mud that washed in out of our house. Everything was also treated with an antimicrobial and they brought in fans and stuff to dry it all out. We were very pleased with CAT5s quick response time and the quality of work performed.
