I am a subcontractor and need to let everybody know that Rob does not pay his subcontractors. He owes me thousands of dollars.

Their sales pitch was top notch! The follow through was abhorent! I actually hired this "pro" from Angi so based on this experience I won't be looking to Angi for any more pros. FIRST, as seen in two of the pictures attached, I have leaks/water stains in my ceiling AFTER my $14K roof installation. I called Cap City(Rob, Sean,Chandler) for almost 2 months before Sean stopped by on his way somewhere else with 2 workers who stayed for about 5 minutes to put on a top for roof boot I found in my yard months after the roof install. No one bothered to tell me IF all the leaks were fixed and when they were coming to repair the damage to my ceiling. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard anything. SECOND, they removed some exclusion wiring from roof during the installation that I told them I just had done and needed to be either or avoided or replaced during roof installation. That was not done PROPERLY and now I have to pay another $1K to get that done again by professionals

I have nothing but praise for Cap City Roofing. Excellent work, Excellent customer service. Everything went smoothly and the end result is a beautiful new roof that is far better than the one I got when I moved into my home. Rob was wonderful to work with. He's trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his clients. There are so many contractors out there overcharging unsuspecting homeowners and then doing shoddy work. You don't have to worry about that with Rob and Cap City Roofing. I couldn't be happier. I know I hired the right company and got a great new roof for a very fair price.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough because we were out of town they sent us pictures from the beginning to the end of the job.Final project turned out great!

Although, I was skeptical on switching from my traditional shingles, the inspector showed me all the benefits of having this type of protection. It offered a longer life of my roof, to where I shouldn't have to worry about it again in my lifetime, but the other benefits that they offer. They were super easy to work with, didn't pressure me, and just gave me the facts. I asked him to give me a few days to consider my options, and it took me calling him to set up the install. What really sold me was when I told him â I'm surprised you didn't blow up my phone trying to make the sale like the other guys have been doing.â . His response was â It isn't my job to convince you that my product and the work is good, it is the results of everything that I have done before your house. I trust your opinion to choose what is best for you.â .

They did exactly what I asked for... And it didn't take him long to do it... And all the crews cleaned up behind their self....All the workmanship was awesome!!!!
