I spoke Big Wave on the phone ans explained my problem (basement bathroom pump). He said he would get back to me, which he did when he stated he would. The upshot was- he had researched my problem and over the phone told me how to fix it myself. No charge, courteous, friendly, and prompt! Call this business for your plumbing issues. Terrific. 10 stars!!!!

Elliot was kind, courteous, professional and extraordinarily helpful. In his initial visit he looked at the damage, and the surrounding area, and provided me with multiple options to correct the problem. He had researched Reverse Osmosis systems, and discussed a newer product that was infinately superior to my current system. He recommended updates to piping as I have an older home, and some older installations did not meet current code requirements. I found Eliot to me very knowledgable, prompt and trustworthy....I Highly recommend him!!!!

Elliot at Big Wave does excellent work. He's responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly a talented plumber. He's done a variety of things for us; sourced and plumbed a tub, plumbed a dishwasher, repaired plumbing for our bathroom sink, and more. He's punctual and efficient. Would (and have) recommend him. He's a one stop shop and gave recommendations on products to purchase based on our vision. Five stars
