Zach was prompt and very professional. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it in words I could understand. He even had to come out a second time the same day and he came in a timely manner and we finally have heat again! I would recommend Barbour to anyone!!

On Jan 7,2026 I had a new furnace installed!! The two installers were very polite and professional and easy to work with!! Ian Barbour operates a top notch company...I am proud to give my business to a local business and a veteran owned business!! Once again kudos to Zach and Carlos for a job well done!! I recommend this company with high regard and Carlos and Zach are awesome!! Great job Ian,Zach and Carlos and staff!!

New Furnace installed 1/24/2026. Very courteous and respectful of your home. Great service. Very timely! Text messages so you know who is arriving and that they are on their way. This time I had the pleasure of working with Zach, Carlos and Ian. They were all great! Zach explained all my options and what each one cost and the differences between them. Answered all the questions I had. He did not pressure me in to any particular option. I went with the new high efficient furnace over fixing my old one. Carlos and Ian were here bright and early and got my heat back up and running timely. The 36 months of no interest thru the 3rd party biller was so helpful to me to be able to get this installed. Highly recommend this company! They really do care about getting you Heat, Air or Water!

The owner of the company came and inspected the house, had a quote emailed to me the next day and upgraded his quote for additional items, and sent it back the next day.
