He walked me through all the different options for smart thermostats and helped me pick one that would work best with our HVAC system. The installation was quick, but what I really appreciated was that W didn?t just set it up and leave. He took the time to show me how to use all the features, like setting schedules and using the app to control the temperature remotely. He also helped me connect it to our Wi-Fi. It?s such a game-changer being able to control the temperature from my phone, especially when we?re out of town. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Aviator Heating & Cooling. We?re loving the new thermostat, and the house feels perfectly comfortable all the time now.

I?ve got to say, I never realized how much our indoor air quality was affecting us until Aviator Heating & Cooling came in and made some upgrades. My wife has pretty bad allergies, and someone recommended that we get our air ducts cleaned and maybe look into an air purifier. I called Aviator Heating & Cooling, and they sent William out to assess the situation. He was knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us?he showed us some pretty shocking pictures of the inside of our ducts. We decided to go ahead with the duct cleaning and also added a UV air purifier to our system. The difference has been night and day. The air feels fresher, and my wife?s allergy symptoms have decreased a lot. Plus, the house just smells cleaner, if that makes sense. Powell and his team were efficient, and they took such care to keep the house tidy while they worked. They also vacuumed the floors before they left! We?re definitely breathing easier now, thanks to these guys.

This time, Glen came by to check out our AC before the summer heat kicked in. He arrived right on time and was polite. I love how these guys never make me feel like they?re rushing through the job. Glen took his time inspecting everything, even the parts most people would probably overlook. He noticed our filter was pretty dirty and replaced it on the spot. Then, he cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant levels, and made sure all the electrical connections were tight. He didn?t try to upsell me on anything I didn?t need, which I really appreciate.
