I would highly recommend this company/John. He came to our house at 11.30 pm on a 12 degree night, our heat stopped working. Picks up the phone or returns calls great communication skills, and gets the job done right.

John was friendly and fast. He had our system up and running again quickly in these frigid temperatures, and saved us having to do a costly system replacement. Very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. We'll have him back to do our routine maintenance as well.

John was prompt, knowledgeable, personable but most of all did excellent work at a reasonable price. He was up front on all costs and didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't want or need. He cleaned, serviced and tuned up my oil burning furnace. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Generation Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. Despite being charged almost $1,000 for a service that included a check-up and adding refrigerant, my heating issue was not resolved. When I called to address the ongoing problem, I was told I would need to pay an additional $142 for another diagnosis, despite having already paid a diagnostic fee. This business appears more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I would caution others to look elsewhere for their HVAC needs.
