Came and finished the job quickly. Great job and workers

I cannot keep it to 1000 characters. It would be impossible. Even today, March 18, 2026 I found one more thing this man did to me. My smoke alarm started to beep. I know this usually due to a battery or the end of the life of the smoke alarm. As I unscrewed the alarm from the ceiling, piles of popcorn ceiling began falling on the floor. They never took the alarm down to take off the ceiling in this hallway. I will check the other smoke alarms now. I am attaching a document with what was not done. And what needs to be done, and the cost I have paid so far to fix my floor.

We are at the beginning of the project which is a complete kitchen renovation so I my comments are about the proposal and sale process. Steve and his team showed up on time and answered all of our questions. He had a cabinet and countertop specialist in later that day to go over details and have us pick from samples. We’re from out of town so the quick service was necessary as we had to return home in a couple of days. Steve had a complete quote later that day and will start the demo the following week. He met our price and has pledged to work within our timeframe. That’s efficiency!

Steve was a consummate professional from start to finish. The job ended up being more work than expected due to a leak under the deck but he still got it completed quickly and it looks great. He was extremely fair with the additional charges and because the supplier did not have shorter joists in stock I ended up getting a bigger deck without paying any additional amounts. Pretty happy with that.

Work has not started. Profsssional and thorough estimate submitted within 12 hours. Looking forward to working w/ Steve and his crew.

This was the best experience we have encountered with a contractor! Steve, fit us in right away and then delivered a thorough, expertly completed project. We couldn't be happier. And the addendum is, we never met in person; but Steve clarified via texts and calls what we wanted/needed from our Angi project description. We highly recommend him!!

Steve and crew did a great job on replacing my wood deck and railings with composite materials. In addition he installed extra support after pulling up the old floor boards when they discovered pooling water. Steve made great suggestions like adding drink rails and fascia around the deck. Most importantly he stayed in touch with me throughout the project. I was very pleased with his work.

I gave this company 1.5 out of 5 stars because they were prompt in doing the cart path paver job but if I could go back in time and not hire them I would do so. The path looks weird in that they did not make a border, many of the end pieces that were cut to make the curve in the path are so small and thin as to lack long-term integrity. I am certain that they will fall away from the path. Upon Mr. Zugan?s assertions that the job was completed while I was away from the home, I arrived to inspect and found already sunken pavers, pavers that were missing, an installed drain that was not level, and a dirt pile that should have been leveled. Thinking it would not be an issue to get them back to fix the problems I paid them the fully-quoted amount. My mistake. When texting that I wanted them to return to make repairs Steve refused and insulted both my mental state (?you are a piece of work?) and my financial status (?I have plenty of more affluent customers that I enjoy working for?). And now he refuses to complete the job. I hired this company based on Angi reviews and want to forewarn future Angi prospects that they should not do business with this company as they a) do not honor their quoted price, b) complete problem areas of the job once paid and c) insult promptly paying customers. A very bad experience and sorry that I used Angi to hire this company.
