Both technicians, Kevin and Christian, were so professional and very, kind and personable. They explained everything to me prior to starting the work and continued to tell me what they were doing to resolve my plumbing problems step by step. It is very apparent that this company, Zoom Plumbing, have high ethical standards and solely want to please their customers, and that is rare these days. They did not up charge me for anything that was not necessary, and I totally appreciate their honesty. Brett who takes the calls and sets up the appointments was so understanding of my situation because it became so overwhelming for me to have another flood in my toilet in my guest bathroom. I would absolutely recommend using Zoom Plumbing for any or all of your plumbing needs. I give them are five star review, and they are available for all your plumbing needs 24/7 without charging any additional amount. I highly recommend Zoom Plumbing without hesitation.

Excellent by the Zoom Drain Temecula crew…our storm drains had blockage from tree roots. Zoom Drain powered through using all available resources. Customer service was excellent….and they did a complete cleanup when done. Thank you Zoom Drain!
