Both technicians, Kevin and Christian, were so professional and very, kind and personable. They explained everything to me prior to starting the work and continued to tell me what they were doing to resolve my plumbing problems step by step. It is very apparent that this company, Zoom Plumbing, have high ethical standards and solely want to please their customers, and that is rare these days. They did not up charge me for anything that was not necessary, and I totally appreciate their honesty. Brett who takes the calls and sets up the appointments was so understanding of my situation because it became so overwhelming for me to have another flood in my toilet in my guest bathroom. Very kind and professional tech came to clean out our drains. They were in and out in less than 1 hour. I was impressed with their camera and jetter which located the blockage quickly and took care of the issue very efficiently. I will definitely use them again if we have this issue.

Had the best experience with Zoom Drain! I was panicking when my toilet was overflowing, and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered a blockage in my main sewer line. They used a camera so I could see the problem and jetted my line clearing up the blockage. Very friendly and professional technicians!
