My remodeler was MIKE SHEFFIELD. He was extremely hard working and a perfectionist and master at his craft. He worked by himself and totally removed our tub/shower and replaced it with a beautiful everything new, walk-in shower enclosure. In 2 days time. He did a remarkable job!!!!! I would definitely use this company again!!!

Quality was poor and they damaged my towel bar and scratched my toilet seat. Water was leaking thru the bottom and I ended up fixing it up myself.

This is my second update of my review. They remodeled two of our bathrooms (complete remodel). The final result is nice, but the path getting there was not smooth, with some rework. If I were going to do it all over, I might have picked them to do the shower and tub/shower and another contractor for the rest of the work. If you do have them do a full remodel, pay attention to details and stand firm, they will eventually make it right.

We had an excellent experience having two new showers installed in our home. Our local BathPlanet team was wonderful, from the sales person to the office manager to the installers (we had different installers for each project, too, and both were great). Not only were they professional, attentive to detail, and responsive, they were also kind, friendly, funny, and a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of the work was excellent, and our showers look wonderful. I highly recommend this company, and I would absolutely hire them again.
