Terrific experience! The Zeno team did high quality work, at an affordable price, on schedule, and on budget. They demoâ d one of our bathrooms down to the studs and completely remodeled the space (wonder board, tiling, new electrical, new plumbing, etc.). They promised high quality professional work and they delivered. The best part about working with the Zeno team was their responsiveness. They partnered us throughout the project to ensure the result was just as we wanted it. They were flexible, reasonable, and professional. We will hire Zeno again and strongly recommend that you do the same. We have already referred them to friends and will continue to do so. They do it all. They do it well.

I was looking for a Junk removal service I connected with Homeadvisor online. James Zeno of Zeno Property Services LLC was the first to call and we made an appt that day December 6 ,2021 for him to come look at the job..we agreed on a price and he and crew came to start the job on December 7,2021 and he came at the time he said he would start. I was very pleased with the way I was treated thru out the process of eliminating memorable possessions from my home..as it can be stressful on a customer...James and crew made the process painless and I would give him a 10 plus stars if that was the rating system.I already recommended Zeno Property Services LLC to my relative.Thank u again James for your help and kindness thru out the process of removal of many many things.that I could not part with but knew I had to get rid of..

James & his crew were extremely professional & knowledgeable. They were always on time and always worked carefully through each phase of the job. They performed PVC trim work, exterior wood step & decorative post replacement, wood staining,patching & painting, re hanging kitchen cabinets, power washing the exterior of a house and more. We had extensive damage after hurricane Ida Zeno and his team were here immediately and not only helped rebuild what we lost but went above and beyond remodeling our basement and basement bathroom. They also secured the outside with full drainage systems to ensure we wouldnâ t not get any water again. I can not express how grateful we are. Looking forward to working with them again on other projects.
