The lack of experience in home renovations and product knowledge as well as the failure of the company to train their employees caused this project to be delayed significantly. This company does not provide realistic expectations for customers or subcontractors and there are communication problems from YHIC to subcontractors and YHIC to customers. This company cannot hold employees. Your best bet is to find a different company or find your own subcontractors and manage it yourself. Took 3 months to complete after I was told it would take 2 days. Called the scheduling department for an appointment, the majority of lines from that department were disconnected from service. nobody had oversight on our project Had to take time out of my day to go into the warehouse to schedule someone to come out and finish my project after the correct items came in (they ordered the wrong things, had 3 people check the order and still got it wrong)

Our installers were fantastic - James Kast and Jake Wright were punctual and cleaned up nightly. Our new windows look awesome! Canâ t wait to feel the difference in the winter and summer months.

They replaced all the windows in our home. 2 have never worked properly (allow moisture in). They refuse to correct them and ignore my attempts to communicate. Disappointed and frustrated.

A++!!! Andy Sahlberg was very good about explaining everything to me. I had them put 14 window in and it took them one day and everyone was in. Great crew that was here. Instantly saw sifference in my heating bill power went out tuesday night house was at 71 only dropped to 67 by the next morning when power cane back on Thanks

Had Your Improvement Company out for a new tub to shower few years back did a wonderful job had them back out for windows this year. Windows just were installed and look GREAT!! A+++

We had half our windows replaced last year & are getting the balance replaced this year. Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. He discovered a few things that need repair or fixing & scheduled a technician to come out on Friday to get those fixes completed. Andy was thorough & great to work with!

Andy Sahlberg came in October of 2022 to explore updating our bathroom, installing a walk in shower. He showed us all the possibilities and set us up for installation in January. They actually showed up earlier than planned which was amazing. Ryan Dahn was our installer and was so professional and helpful! He did a fantastic job! Our project manager, Josh Anderson was great to work with, explaining everything that would be done. Iâ m just delighted with my new bathroom and would absolutely use them again!
