If i could give them a negative it would. This company was dishonest from the very beginning. Example : THIRD installer that came to fix the mess the first two made, stated to my husband, it looks like someone watched a UTube video and then tried to install windows and that they are all going to have to come out. this was the 3rd installer. .. this guy was suppose to have 40 years experience... the windows were never replaced or repaired. this has been a fiasco from the beginning. We finally had to cut our losses and ask for a discount and try and find another company to come in a fix the mess the YHIC made. We were offered a $500 discount IF we signed a document stating we would not slander them on line or file a negative complain with the better business bureau. We told them to forget it we would pay in full and thanked the project manager for his time and showed him to the door. This company is dishonest and no trustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service and product. Windows were of poor quality when they delivered them late. Installed them incorrectly and then a year later still haven't fixed the issues or even installed all the original windows. We're still waiting and no service, no apologies and no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They were efficient and prof.

They kept me up to date and answered every question. They worked around my schedule, very professional and high quality workmanship. Huge step up from the Pella windows they replaced.

I have to give major Kudos to the company for working through some issues with city codes with the city and with us. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Only a tiny trim issue took a little time to take care of. But all was done with great professionalism and quality work.

Lorena De Jesus and her crew did an amazing job under extreme cold weather and snow conditions. The work was done carefully and beautifully. I appreciate this company for the subcontractors they work with and the quality of the work and product.

The windows they sold aren’t living up to their demonstrations. I took an infrared thermometer reading of new windows vs old and there wasn’t much difference in how much cold was being let in. The installation crew tracked everywhere in the house, and left a nail and screw on the floor which I ended up stepping on! I’m pretty disappointed in my purchase at this time. Good thing I paid top dollar for these windows
