We have a split level house and needed the upstairs windows and sliding glass door replaced. Marcus was very professional when he visited and gave us a quote. A short time later Casey measured the door and windows. It took a few months for everything to be made which was fine. Our installer Brett did an awesome job considering what he had to work with. 1. The company sent no one to help him. 2. All of the windows were about 2 inches shorter than they should have been and the sliding glass door was at least 4 1/2 inches shorter. My husband has to finish putting drywall and the molding around the door because â they donâ t do thatâ even though it was their fault. When my husband talked to Casey about the problem he said that if they had to reorder the windows and door it would have cost us more money. He did not even apologize for their mistakes and offered no compensation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have to give major Kudos to the company for working through some issues with city codes with the city and with us. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Only a tiny trim issue took a little time to take care of. But all was done with great professionalism and quality work.

Lorena De Jesus and her crew did an amazing job under extreme cold weather and snow conditions. The work was done carefully and beautifully. I appreciate this company for the subcontractors they work with and the quality of the work and product.

The windows they sold aren’t living up to their demonstrations. I took an infrared thermometer reading of new windows vs old and there wasn’t much difference in how much cold was being let in. The installation crew tracked everywhere in the house, and left a nail and screw on the floor which I ended up stepping on! I’m pretty disappointed in my purchase at this time. Good thing I paid top dollar for these windows

So far, the whole group that I have had contact with have been very helpful and courteous. There was a delay with installation that I was a little disappointed with (because I took a day off work for) but I understand they wanted to make sure that the project they completed that day was done right. I want that kind of care for my install.
