James Baker was very friendly and was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and made the tub replacement easy. I would recommend James for anyone that's needs remodeling. The installer, Nick Finney was great! He worked efficiently and very friendly. I would recommend Nick for any handyman projects you need.

Communication from start to finish was consistent &timely. During the demo/rebuild our installer provided detailed information to understand how our tub conversion to walk in shower would be accomplished. He was punctual, professional, and answered any questions, leaving a very positive impression as a representative of this company. We are so happy with how the project turned out!

Tim and Tyler were a pleasure to have in my home to do my estimate! They were so professional and informative! We just really enjoy working with sean great personality and very knowledgeable about his job we joked around and had lots of laughs both times he was here we upgraded our bathroom and now windows and he loved my pumpkin bars I would highly recommend your home improvement company and sean as a salesman 5 stars for sean mowell.

Nick was prompt and efficient as well as respectful and caring. He had the old stuff out faster than I could imagine. He asked me all sorts of questions to make sure everything was where it needed to be, we were so happy Nick and Billy could do the work. Very trustworthy. Tim did such a good job setting everything up. We appreciate and recommend anyone looking to get their tub changed to a shower. Thank you so much!

I have been in a nightmare with this Company. I am so full of me tal anguish and depression. It cost $16,000 for our tub shower. The floor was so slippery we couldn't hardly stand in, when wet. Phil came and put a highly toxic anti slip on tub floor. It's a total mess. Looks dirty and he did such a sloppy job. It looks worse than my 30 yr old tub. I put in a complaint, they approved to replace tub and shower. They made appointment with us to replace 2 wks ago. A half hour after they were to be here they cancelled. Haven't heard another word from them. This whole ordeal has been awful. Sean the salesman lied to us about everything. Financing the floor sample of tub wasn't even what they used. The hand rails are so slippery when wet, can't use them. Phil told me to put tape on them WHAT the hell. I am so stressed and sad that I am putting out so much money on a bunch of cheap product for very high price. We were sent to collections before the tub was installed. All because Sean lied to us about financing. My next step is to get ahold of Consumer protection and better business bureau. What's installed in our home isn't worth $5,000 let alone $16,000. The floor in the tub has black and brown stains everywhere and up the side of tub. The sealant is turning yellow and in places the sealant has split so water can get where it shouldn't. I literally want to puke right now, this is a nightmare. Warning to anyone looking for tub shower replacement, don't use Your Home Improvement!!! Poor quality with extremely high prices for junk. As far as I'm concerned they can come and take their product and rid me of the financial obligation I have to them. I talked to corporate months ago and still nothing has been done. I guess next step is consumer protection and Better business bureau. What is in my bathroom is worth no more than a couple thousand dollars. Make things right, the mental anguish and depression from doing business with this Company is not worth it.

When we wanted someone to come redo our shower, we called your home improvement. Tim came to our home and looked at the project. He knew what to do and how to fix the issues we had, and Dave came out and installed a whole new shower. Even the drain line got redone. We are very happy with the work done and how it all looks now.
