Mike Yilits pricing was competitive, his salesmanship and demeanor were excellent, his crew was professional and courteous, their craftsmanship was excellent. They treated our residence as if they were visitors, they maintained great housekeeping. Mike didnâ t try to charge any additional money for his services and ensured any areas of concern were discussed and addressed before beginning his work. His crew was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Mike Yilit and his crews for metal or steel roof installation. They did a great job on our home adding to curb appeal, ensuring weâ ve a water tight roof, and our home looks great as a result! My better half and I are extremely pleased! Thanks again Mike!

He is not finishing his project in a reasonable manner.

Customer has never paid me a penny for the job. It is 15.5 sq should cost between 7500 to 8000. We used brand-new surplus material from our shop to get in his budget of $4000.00 .charged him 180.00 for chimney flashing. This was roofing over everything existing now we have to put a mechanics lien against the property and take him to court to get our material back. Roof is completely watertight, customer also requested additional work that does not fall under the contract.

They did a great job putting steel roofing on my house, my house has some weird valleys and had a lot of problems they fixed it and it looks nice. Price point was about what I expected, they're very friendly. Have no complaints.
