I had been freezing for 3 days. I called year round and they came out within the hour. Put booties on his shoes before entering the house. Went to check out the unit on the roof, and 10 minutes later, I had heat. Told me the cause, and put it on the receipt for the hoa. Total cost??? $19.00 !!!!!!!! Like really? I ve checked several times to see if they added charges. They did not!! People please use this service. No I m not getting paid for advertising lol. Please share

I felt over charged ($879 for Freon and dye)for analysis my air conditioning problem. With the follow up the service man was unprepared to present the cost of repairs. I never did get a follow up call. Sad experience!

Our technician Rafael mentioned that he did have a loner truck that day and he called the office to obtain pricing for your repair. The Freon that was added was R-22 Freon which is a little more expensive than the typical 410 A Freon. Please do not hesitate to call the office to speak to one of the managers regarding any concerns that you may have.
