Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. I was beyond impressed and very happy I made the decision to use YardWorks.

Oh my! Never would I have dreamed of ending up with such a TOTALLY new, gorgeous patio with a wall. Both are spectacular and done with the utmost care and skill. Truly everything I wanted in a backyard. The owner, Joe, and his hardworking employees, headed by Rudy, were extremely punctual, professional, respectful and highly responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. Joe did extra jobs for us as well because we needed so much done. Coming back in May for more projects! Their landscaping, too, left me breathless. So much so that I had to hug Joe! I was that pleased. Do not feel anything but confidence when hiring this talented team!

Initially we were satisfied because it was done promptly. However, we soon realized that the installers had made some significant mistakes and damaged our property. They cut the electricity to our driveway lights, cut through our gutter and ran the line through the down spout. They then packed it with dirt and plogged it up. Also, there are lines which are exposed above the service. I have tried to contact them and have gotten zero response. I sent 2 direct emails to their customer service and texted twice directly to the owner. Not sure how to proceed but will be calling tomorrow.

The crew at yard works transformed my front yard. I now have one of the prettiest yards on the block. The new walkway looks beautiful and was installed quickly.Although there was a delay in response to several emails. Joe himself came out to make sure everything was working properly with the new sprinkler system .

Mathew re-designed my old automatic watering system and turned it into something new and so much better than the company that installed it. I look forward to him coming round spring and fall to take care of my old watering system.

Joe was amazing to work with! He let me know up front what to aspect for timing and walked me thru the lay out of my irrigation (A few times lol) I will be definitely using them in the future after finding out they do so much more!

Great to work with! Did a great job. Will be using them again for future projects!
