Our concrete garage floor was in poor condition. Glenn and his crew came to the rescue. The process was smooth and clear from start to finish. The estimate was fair and reasonable. The work was complete within 4 days. The crew arrived one-time, got straight to work, and did what they needed to do. We love the finished product. The garage looks brand new! Hire these guys. You'll be glad you did.

Kudos to Glenn Cavada and his men! This is how every contractor and job SHOULD go. In mid July '22 my husband had posted on an Angie's List-type website for epoxy installers to have our garage floor refinished. Glenn responded the same day and was the only contractor who responded at all. We expected to be told that it wouldn't be able to be done for weeks or months. Not so. We could have had it done the next week! There was a DIY epoxy job on the floor that had some leveling cement underneath that was cracking and pulling up in places. Glenn said it looked like most of it was in good condition and hoped that it wouldn't have to be ground all the way down, which would have added considerable cost to the job. It couldn't be determined if that would be the case until after the job was started. We could have been "taken". Glenn was honest and reported that it did not have to be ground down. The job turned out BEAUTIFULLY, and meticulous care was taken to replace the transition between the driveway and the garage floor. We are very pleased. Thank you!

At a time when there is much more demand than supply (specifically after looking for someone who could seal our concrete floors for 18 months), Glen came through and was even able to move up his timeline from a couple months out (which I was completely fine with considering the difficulty I had even finding someone) to basically within a week or two from hiring him. His men were kind and receptive to my concern for doing both the floor polishing and painting with an eye for detail. They went above and beyond and were timely in completing the work.

Nice work, efficient and professional. Only needed to have basement floor ground for latex paint application, did not want epoxy paint. This was the only company that did not try to push me into using epoxy paint and agreed to only grinding the floor.
