Woodford brothers did a great job waterproofing my basement. There estimate was right on par with other companies and actually a bit lower. The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodford Brothers.

This is the only place to go for improvement to concrete walkways. The estimate i received was exactly what I paid. Yesterday Mike and Kevin arrived exactly when they said they would. What an outstanding team. They answered all my questions and my walkways look great. Before you commit to any concrete work contact Woodford Bros I know that's my go to.

George, Zach, and Blaine were our awesome crew who worked in our crawlspace first in blistering heat and then in a downpour. George, our foreman, was incredible—a great communicator who walked me and my wife through the steps of what they were doing and how things were going. I can’t believe how much work they did in just two days! The weird stagnant air in our closets is already gone. So glad we prioritized the “unglamorous” work on our first family home. The floors are less bouncy/saggy feeling and I will be saving time chasing weird smells that I blame on the cat! Thanks y’all!!

Had an inspection for getting our camp leveled. Bill was our inspector. You can tell he’s passionate and knowledgeable about his job. Super friendly and helpful. For what we needed done, the price was out of our comfort zone and it’s something we could do ourselves.. just didn’t want to. Bill understood and continued to give us advice to help make our project successful. I thought that was unbelievably awesome. Given the right situation I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys.

They showed up exactly at the expected time and did exactly what I wanted done. They lifted my sunken walkway to exactly to the fraction of an inch to where it was originally so my step landing is where it needs to be. Then they leveled the rest of the walkway to match and did a good job calking the joints.

The process from start to finish went extremely well. Qualify work from the installment crew. Not the cheapest company to work with but the warranty and reputation far exceeds price!

Worst customer service ever. Job poorly done. Keep promising to fix it, but after over a month, they have my money but still have not returned to fix the problem. I strongly recommend that no one use this Company. I think their good reviews must be manufactured because i have only gotten excuses and delays and delays and delays. Get a different story pretty much every time I contact them.
