Mike and Coleman designed the landscaping and stonework for the full exterior of my house we were building. They put down my new lawn and mulch and planted trees and shrubs. They chose a great variety within my budget. They also installed my front walkway, back patio and built in grill with beautiful stones and pavers. Price was excellent, work was done on time and quickly as we were anxious to move into our new home and Mike was extremely responsive. I love my yard and I have recommended and will continue to recommend Wollaston Development to all my friends.

Mike was fantastic I needed to have a new lawn put down because I was selling the house and I needed professional pictures taking he bent over backwards to help me out had his crew come in and had the lawn installed in no time at all also I had a problem with my sprinklers and he fixed everything there was the irrigation to great job would recommend them to anyone I know highly recommend them

I have had the opportunity to utilize Wollaston Development for a wide range of services ranging from weekly lawn care and property maintenance to patio installations and masonry work - I have always been extremely satisfied with the work provided and professionalism provided by Mike and his team. I have used Wollaston Development both at hotels I manage and also at my home and could not be happier with the excellent work, service, and professionalism they have provided me.

I had a great experience with Mike and his team. They arrived when they said they would, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The stonework is excellent and I get lots of compliments on my walkway! I would highly recommend Wollaston Development to anyone who wants a professional team with great results!

Mike was phenomenal. Wollaston Development did three jobs for us: built a patio, installed a garden, and did a full clean up. Since they completed the work (on time and for a very reasonable price), we have enjoyed our backyard so much more! They do terrific work, always very professional, and pay great attention to the little things that make all the difference. There was one issue we had with part of the garden install, and Mike was terrific about making sure we were 100% satisfied--and we are! I can not say enough great things about Mike and the company.

Run away as fast as you can! My elderly father hired Michael Pallone of Wollaston Development to build a new retaining wall and repave our driveway. Mike took off 5,800 of our money. Unfortunately, I trusted him. We had to take him to small claims court to get the money back. Do not EVER trust this man. He may open another business with a different name or under his wifes name, Meredith McCormack Pallone. If you hear the name Pallone, run away.

Dear Jennifer, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We are normally known for our attention to detail and customer service, so we regret that we missed the mark with your project. We also know that in issues regarding elderly parents, emotions can run high, and we truly sympathize with you there. In an effort for full transparency for the project in question, we would like to put forth the following details: We were originally contracted to build a retaining wall and provide asphalt paving for this client?s driveway. After several changes to the original specs of the retaining wall requested by the client thereby extending the timeline, and with additional work done without charge, we found ourselves unable to pave the driveway at the onset of winter due to cold weather, even though we had completed the retaining wall. We also experienced delays for the paving in the spring due to wet weather, at which point the client requested a refund. Although we had a dispute over the requested refund amount, as we had completed the retaining wall, we agreed upon an amount and it was paid. We did not run off with any money, and we were paid for the work that we completed through the arbitration mentioned. For anyone who has concerns about this project, we are happy to provide dozens of references of happy clients served over the years. We have proudly been in business since 2011 and have no plans to close or change our business based on this review. Mike of Wollaston Development was great to work with. He and his crew recently completed a long walkway and retaining wall on our property. They did a fabulous job. When I first called Mike, he patiently listened to our project requirements, answered our numerous questions, and came up with a plan to fit our budget. There were some challenging design goals that we included in our requirements, and he was very accommodating and creative in coming up with various solutions to these. With his excellent communication and management skills, he was consistently timely with his responses to our emails, and kept us updated as the project progressed. The only delays were due to an unusually rainy November, which he skillfully managed his schedule around. Mike's business card says "Turning Your Vision Into Our Priority." With Mike, that's not just a tagline; it's a reality. I highly recommend him.

Mike has excellent follow-up, His crew shows up when he says they will be there, they do excellent work, and clean up after. I am very pleased with the work they did and have asked for quotes on a few other projects.
