We had a serious electrical short and a buzzing/crackling in the breaker box afterwards. A tech couldn't make it out until Monday (this happened on a Friday night). However, the tech that showed up, Brion, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained further services that he recommended, but there was no pressure to upsell us. We just had major medical work and money is at a premium right now. I will 100% though be calling WireOne again when we're more stable and ready to execute on his recommendations!

Josiah from Wireone did an awesome job upgrading my electrical panel and adding a surge protector for my home. He worked diligently making sure that everything was correct and I understood how everything worked with the new panel breakers and surge protector worked... Josiah went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with the work... I appreciate his wonderful work that positive aditude.

Lane and Matt of WireOne were both courteous and friendly. They clearly checked my current tv antenna, gave options for rectifying and completed the job in a timely manner. And cleaned up after themselves.
