They were very thorough, respectful, and did the best they could. The rock walkways brightened up a lot and look great. I wish they would have set my expectations about how much of the rust and paint and stains would not come up from the cement patio. While it is clean, the stains are still there. When they came out to bid the work, I specifically pointed out the rust paint and stains I wanted removed, they should have explained these might not come up and the difference between cleaning and removing at that time, not after they were nearly through with the work and it was clear these were not coming up.

My driveway and patios look great and the price was great as well.
