Jordan was very responsive when I was looking for a Home Inspector for a property that I was purchasing. He explained the process thoroughly. I was purchasing an older home built in the late 1800's. When I arrived to do the walkthrough he was very detailed in letting me know his findings and answering our questions concerning the property. I would recommend him to anyone. I discovered a patch of mold in my older home. Immediately I was thinking, â how bad is itâ and I called Jordan with Wholesome Homes. Jordan was able to schedule me on very short notice for a full home and mold inspection. He found a roof leak that a previous inspector and myself did not notice. With his knowledge of older homes and air flow, he found multiple areas for us to make quick and simple improvements to help keep air moving and lower the moisture in our crawl space. He was also able to take an air quality sample and the results were back within a week. Using this, he provided me with other recommendations to clean up our home and help us stay healthy.
