I discovered a water leak in my laundry room under the sink that caused significant water damage to the sink, floors and walls. there was also visible mold. I called White Mountain Restoration and they came and treated the damaged area and did the mold clean up. They got it back to the original condition, keeping me informed along the way. They made the process go very smoothly and I an very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend White Mountain Restoration!

Rusty did the water removal that gets paid immediately but left my house in shambles and refuses to even attempt restoration. He does not seem to understand how insurance claims are paid. I am sorry I contacted this amateur organization.

Rusty came to our house to evaluate an insurance claim because of a broken aquarium that had flooded the carpet. He was thorough, quick, and honest! working with Russ was a pleasure. He went out of his way to work me into his schedule. Russ and his crew were prompt, courteous and took the extra steps to do the job right including coming back a week after completion just to inspect the finished product and make sure that I was still happy. Due to unforseen damages the job took longer than anticipated but Russ and his crew worked through the weekend to get me back into my residence as soon as possible.
