Pat was creative in planning and carrying out renewing our old deck. Where others saw problems, Pat saw solutions.

I had a very difficult job of attempting to fix a deck I thought may be too far past its prime. Pat came out and looked at it and gave me a quote saying they could fix it. They have the fixes in place and now the house is no longer showing the weight of the deck, and I am ready to get inspected by the county. T=Pat and his crew know what they are doing!

Pat was extremely prompt in answering all questions regarding the project. Most importantly, he showed up when he said he would show up. He was also the cleanest contractor that's ever been here . At the end of the day he cleaned up the work site and put all tools away.

Great job on my porch

Pat was professional, friendly and quick. Knowing that it was a rental home and that we didn't live in the area, he sent us pictures via email, before, during and after the project completion. The price was fair and the work as fabulous. They sanded the deck, replaced boards and added a couple of coats of deck repair paint. I would highly recommend this company! Thank yo!
